So this is a Japanese urban legend that starts out in Okinawa Japan. In Okinawa there was a house near a Kadena Air Force Base that had been abandoned. A man that lived in that house killed himself and his family in it. The house had been said to be haunted.

It was even part of the ghost tours that they gave on the base. There have been reports that the outside lights would turn on all by themselves. One of the many story's was that you would be able to see a woman washing her hair in the sink through the kitchen window.

One of the creepiest things about this house is that the house shared a chain link fence with the daycare buildings. A mans mom worked at one of the daycares and would say children around the ages of four and five years old would constantly throw there toys over the fence.

When they were asked why they would answer with they wanted to play with the children that was on the other side. All of the children at the daycare could see the kids on the other side of the fence, but the adults could not. It throughly freaked out everyone out that had worked there.
