a Test of Love is a scary story from Japanese about a beautiful girl who is feared by a young man who would like to date her. This story is based on a Japanese folk tale written by Lafcadio Hearn in his book "Of Ghost and Goblins - Section 6". Many years ago, in Japanese, there is a little girl who lived with her parents in a remote village. She was very attractive, with the long black hair, white skin and an oval eyes were amazing. These young men from all over Japanese came from far away just to beg in order to be able to dating him.

With increasingly widespread of beauty of this girl in the whole area around there, more and more men who had come to on her door, show their love to him and begged to take her out in the afternoon. However, none of the youth can survive more than one date with him. Before the night was over, they all look scampered, screaming with fear. None from them would like to talk about what happened and all refused to meet with her again.

Soon, the young men stopped to visit him and the girl's parents began to worry that her daughter would never have a husband. The rumors began to grow around the village. The people say that there must be something wrong with that beautiful girl. Some people wondered if she had a personality that is very bad. Some had thought that maybe she had a defective body until make the young men went away from him.

Her parents were really amazement. They can not believe why many young people are very frightened by their daughter. She was always sweet, respectful, it's also a unobtrusive and nice. She was studied hard in the afternoon and never complained when her mother asks her to make a home tasks. One day, when her father came out into the garden, mowing the lawn, a young man walked the path through the orchard.

"What do you want?" Asked the old man.

"I would like to invite of your daughter on a date." The young man said.

The father then excited. "Come here," he said, and he was happy to introduce the young man with his beautiful daughter. The girl seemed very shy and have never looked directly at the young man. She spoke gently, her voice almost like whispering and whenever the young man replied, her cheeks would flush. In addition, the young man seemed drift into her beauty and tried to ask her out on a date. This girl accepted it and drove him to the door when it wants to say goodbye.

"Not now," she whispered. "Come back at midnight and be careful not to knock too loud or you'll awaken my parents."

The young man was stunned but he was still came back that night and knocked slowly the girl's bedroom window. Suddenly, the window was open and the girl climbed out.

"Before I go with you, you have to promise me one thing," the girl whispered.

The young man nodded without hesitation.

"I want you to do a test of your love," she said. "If you really loved me, you would pass this test. Just promise me that if you fail, you will never tell anyone else about what happened tonight. "

The young man could not imagine what was in the mind of this beautiful girl but he agreed without asking the reason. With his hands stuck in his chest, he was promised, "I swear truthfully that I was not going to convey a word of this night to anyone."

"Well. Follow me, "the girl said.

"Where are we going?" Asked the young man, but the girl did not answer.

When that night is very dark and the moon hid behind the clouds. In Japanese, it seems like this is the night of the ghosts roam the earth. They could hear the sound of howling dogs were dreadful from a distance. They both slipped between the rural roads until they came into a forest. She was quickly into the lane which was dark and full of wild plants, the young man even had to run in order to follow him. The road is surrounded by a dense trees. And finally, they came into an ancient cemetery.

Moon appears behind the clouds, giving fluorescent of light pale and the young man could see the headstones which are lined with mosses and plants are that crept around him. Evening dress of the girl looks undulated followed the wind blowing that night. She was stood at the end of a tomb which it looks new. Once the young man saw the girl and then take out an old rusty shovel and the start digging. And then, she lowered her knees and get rid of the dirt remaining until she can open a coffin below it.

The shock of a young man seen by the girl when lifting her gaze upward. She was then opened the white shroud in front of him, and tore off an arm of a corpse in it. Then she bites the arm between her teeth and took up a large chunk. The girl was chewing out loud as she stared at the young man.

"This is the test," hissed the girl. "If you love me, you will do what I do. You'll eat what I eat."

By doing so, she pulled the other arm was detached from the body and a handed it into him. The young man took that arm of a piece of a great bite and a chewing on. But now he was even more surprised. He never imagined the human flesh could be this good. Suddenly he realized that he was not eating the bodies of the dead at all. It was all just a hoax. The body is just candy, made from rice flour and a sugar.

The beautiful girl was immediately blew her laughter. "You know, from all the men which came to invite a date, only you the only one who did not escape. I want to marry someone who is courageous, and this proves that you're the man. Now, I can fall in love with you."

The young man did not smile at all, he just stood there in the dark at the end of the tomb, just looking at him. His eyes were filled with anger and hatred.

"Just candy?" He growled. "I thought you were same as me."

After that, he took the shovel and began to dig another grave. Once he pulled out a coffin, he ruin it so it was open and began to eat the bodies in it. This time the girl who ran while screaming.
