The Man

Horror Stories - The Man
Sally rubs her sleepy eyes as she hears a door slamming. She sits up quickly looking around. No one is to be seen, except someone looking out the window in the kitchen. Sally quietly gets up, now walking towards the back door. Just as she gets to the back door, the man starts to turn around. Sally's eyes widen as she ducks and hides under a small table with a dusty white cloth hanging down from it. Luckily it was in the darkest back corner.

Sally looks confused as the man starts to kick and cuss at the wall. His hair pitch black, a blooded white hoodie, and along with black dress pants. Sally keeps her emerald orbs locked on the mysterious man as he keeps overreacting about something. "That whore!" he now kicks the refrigerator. He smirks now feeling way better than before. "That slut has nothing-" before he could finish his sentence, the refrigerator falls directly onto him and falling on the floor. He shouts now crawling out from underneath it.

He moves his hair back now exposing his face- or what was a face. His terrifying cut in smile from ear to ear, his pale complexion, but the one thing that made Sally quiver in fear was his eyes. They were syringed in black. Dark, thick, outlining outing his eyes making him to never blink again. Sally moves her hands over her mouth, fearing what he may do to her. She closes her eyes hoping that he would soon disappear, but sadly this was reality. Not a nightmare from hell.

The man moves over to the couch, sitting down starring blankly at the small TV that stood on a stand. Sally smirks, realizing this is the perfect time to escape. She slowly crawls out from underneath the table and over to the back door.

It was locked. Her head turns around to see the man is still starring at the TV. /If I try to unlock the door he'll hear me. Seems like I'm going to have to hide upstairs. She thinks to herself as she starts to go upstairs. Just as she reaches the last step, a loud squeak is heard making the mans head turn to the direction. He only shrugs it off seeing no one in sight. Sally, luckily had time to hide behind a wall that was beside the staircase.

A tall, white door stood before her, but something was odd about it. It had stab marks making it look as if it could fall at any moment. Sally crept into the messy, unhealthy room. Her eyes widen as she gags up the inhuman smell.

Sally's head whips around as she hears a stair squeak. Oh no.. Sally quickly launches into a pile of cloths covering up every part of her body. The man walks into the room looking around suspiciously. "Hey, little shit! Come and see if anyone is here!" he shouts looking towards the stairwell. A short, young looking boy with a green dress type of clothing on comes into the room. Sally peaks out of a small hole in between some cloths.2 For some reason, that small boy looks so familiar to Sally. He looked as if he was link himself! She closes her eyes as she begins to feel a small tingle in her nose. And with the luck Sally does not have, she sneezes. Jeff comes charging towards the stack of cloths, throwing most of them behind him as he searches for the noise maker.

"What the hell?!" the man hollers out as he picks up Sally by the neck of her dress. Her small legs kicking, hands hitting, this only amuses the man. "Who might you be?" He asks. His attention turns directly to the gash that will forever be on her head. "Shouldn't you be dead?" Sally grabs his arm, pulling herself up to bits his wrist. The man drops Sally and grabbing his wrist. "Wait!" the young boy shouts as the man was about to hit Sally.

He clears his throat. "She's immortal. I remember slenderman informing me about a young child dying by the gash in her head. This may be the girl," the green boy taps his chin. "I think her name was Samantha or was it-" Sally rolls her eyes. "Sally," she sighs. "My name is Sally." The boy fist pumps the air. "I was close!" The strange looking man picks Sally up off the floor. "So you're a ghost or something?" the boy in the green chuckles. "No she's a warlock....Of course she's a spirit!" The man only rolls his blink less eyes. "I'm BEN, and that douche right over there is Jeff." BEN cheerfully says. Jeff crosses his arms.

"Well," Jeff begins. "What do we do with it?" Jeff questions BEN. Sally rolls her eyes at the name it. "Well, she could stay here-" this aggregates Jeff. "Stay here?! Oh hell no!" BEN now crosses his arms. "I wasn't finish dickwad. I was going to say she could stay here till we find her a place." Jeff nods at the agreement. "Okay. But I'm going out killing tonight. She can stay outside till I come back." BEN agrees and begins to walk out the door. "We'll see ya! Into the tv I go!" Jeff rolls his eyes, signaling Sally to come with him. Well it's better than nothing.
