The Lily Pond is a scary legend from Singapore. Telling the mysterious events that happened to a family related to a pond, which is located in a rural village in Singapore. In 1979, two children disappeared around the lily pond, or commonly called Lily Pool. They were last seen walking in front of the pool by his classmates. Since then they have lost some where. The location of the pond itself is located 300 meters from Woody Lodge in Kampong Lorong Buang Kok.
Ms. Teng is a widow and was the mother of the two children were missing. After hearing the news of lose the two of her children, she was very sad and in the afternoon on the same day, Ms. Teng went in search near the lily pond with an expression are desperate. Hoping to find her lost son. But as the fate of the two children, Ms. Teng also never returned home since then.
The next day in the morning a neighbor then find a white dress in the pond, but did not found any the figure of the owner. This news quickly spread throughout the village, and all the residents are terrified by the strange incident happened recently. Now, none of those daring pass around the lily pond.
One day, there are 3 polytechnics students walk around and look to the place where of Lily Pond is located. They played and joked there until the late at night, one of them tried to relax by inserting his legs into the pond. Suddenly he felt something pulling down his legs out of the water. Both of friends were surprised and then tried hard to pull it out of the pond as soon as possible.
Some time they bend over backwards before he can rescue his friend. At his feet, he saw a long scratch marks such as fifth fingers that made his feet bleed. Even more horrible, the students who fall into the pond was reported that there was a middle-aged woman dressed in white with his friend help pull it out of the pond. Hearing that, the other two could just looked at each other and did not say anything but their faces implies fear.
The strange events that afflict the three Polytechnic student was later found by villagers. The villagers then thought that perhaps the woman dressed in white is Ms. Teng who had been disappear the other day, they also believe there is 'evil' in the pond. They finally closed the road and sealing the pond. Even so, the strange events did not stop happening even though the pond had been sealed. Some residents over there testified seeing Ms. Teng spirits appeared in the woods, just after sunset. They said Ms. Teng looked confused and her hair is always wet, according to residents who have ever seeing her appearance.
The village is still surrounded with a forests. Since the news was spread, nobody dared come out when the night arrived. However the ghost story about Ms. Teng increasingly becoming a lot, little kids crying suddenly without cause. Some children who are old enough said see the woman dressed in white with a wet hair suddenly appeared beside them and asked where her home, a few other children who did not see the appearance that just felt such as someone was breathing softly in the neck and heard the whisperings "Where I am? Where is my house?".
Sightings and the frightening news increasingly believed to the residents in the village. So one night they decided to get together to discuss this issue. Residents then became worried because maybe the ghost of Ms. Teng already do not recognize anyone and began to frighten the local people. Residents of the village then asked for help from paranormal to do something.
