Actually, this story originated from a photograph, okay let's read the story. There were 2 people who were good friends named Ji Hyun and Yoo Na. Ji Hyun is always in the first position and winner in each competition existing ballet dancer, and Yoo Na always end up underneath, the second winner. One day they compete in competitions other ballet dancer and Yoo Na who always under Ji Hyun's plan to kill her best friend, Ji Hyun.
So she prepared a plan to poison Ji Hyun. A few days before the competition starts, after Ji Hyun was found dead inside her room and allegedly committed suicide, Yoo Na then spread the story might be depressed by the competition and decided to drinking poison. The people believe the stories of Yoo Na because they are a good company.
Immediately after the death of Ji Hyun, Yoona is now always win every competition and become the number one ballerina. A time when Yoo Na on her way to the other competitions, suddenly the car was hit and she was fell into a coma in the hospital. After some time she was in a coma, one day her parents came to visit him in the hospital and was shocked to find Yoo Na dancing in her room. Glad to see her son was conscious and may even be able to dance, Yoo Na's father secretly took some pictures of the girl before going to her room.
But apparently, Yoona has not completely healed, she was only briefly unconscious and fell back in a coma, this time it was not saved the girl's life.
